MACHINE ADVISORY COMMITTEE

The task of the MAC is to advise the DESY management on all matters related to accelerator R&D, construction and operation.
The period of membership is three years, with a one time renewal possible. The MAC has eight members, with the possibility to temporarily appoint additional experts if necessary for the review of special topics or projects.

The MAC presents its reports to the Scientific Council.
